Once a booking is made, a deposit of $400 or 50% is to be paid to confirm and secure the booking date. Master Card and Visa requires an additional 1.5% surcharge and AMEX requires an additional 3.5% surcharge to meet bank fee charges. A confirmation email will be sent with all the booking details, wharf maps location and invoice. The balance owing can be made EFT or credit card cleared prior to charter day or cash payments made on boarding the vessel prior to departure. No exceptions.
If a charter is cancelled due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances by Blue Reef Fishing Charters, a full refund of moneys paid, will be processed within 24hrs, excluding bank charges. If cancellation occurs e.g. if you don't show up to the wharf, the full booking deposit $400 or 50%, plus surcharge, the deposit is lost as we lose a booked date. Cancelations must be made by the organizer minimum 14 days prior to charter date for the deposit to be refunded.
Whole charter bookings can be made or individual and separate group bookings. We have gift certificates available for whole charter bookings, just contact Adam for first available date options. We need a 24 hour contact name and phone number so a courtesy call can be made to you by Blue Reef Fishing Charters the evening prior to your charter date.
