It was a great day all round. There was about 11 people fishing on the boat, so there was a few tangles but nothing the crew couldn't fix quickly. We caught a decent amount of fish. The crew was friendly, professional, and had some sweet tunes playing while fishing as well. Would recommend to give this one a go.

Last Saturday was a fantastic day with Adam. My daughter Rimonda treated me to an experience of ocean fishing. What a treat and with grandson Cooper 14 years Adam was Uber professional and with his team assisted us to pull in our fish and inform us of the type of fish caught instantly killed and not leave them dying slowly in a tub full of water. We went fishing with Adam and Dave today with 2 other groups of people. I have to say it was such an incredible experience and such a successful fishing trip! We caught our first fish within the first 3 mins and it didn't stop all day. In total, our group alone caught about 18 fish! The other 2 groups took about the same with huge fish! All day Adam and Dave were right behind us helping us with every catch. They were so happy and encouraging which was great for a fishing first timer. You have got us so addicted and we will definitely be back for another trip! Thank you so much guys!

Best day fishing ever, with Adam and his deckhand. We were novices but they looked after us and we caught heaps of fish. We enjoyed it so much that we plan on going out with them again with a few more mates for another great day out. Highly recommended

Adam and Matt made a great team! We had about 12-14 people on the boat and they were able to attend to everyone. They are very welcoming, funny and made sure the people on the boat had the best time they could. I went with my Dad, a 78 yr old Vietnamese man who doesn't speak a lick of English but that didn't stop them from engaging and connecting with my Dad to make sure his experience was nothing but the best. He gutted fish, untangled lines, assisted in any way they could and did it all with a smile on their face. We went home to about 6-8 fish and they were gutted for our travels. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone from beginners to hobbyists. One last thing - bring any form of 'sea sick' tablets. The boat rocks so much that it gave my a full body workout just trying to hang on.

Don't often review on here but have made an exception for this. Adam and Dave made this an excellent experience, patient and friendly and full of knowledge. Despite being an admittedly quiet day by their standards everyone still caught some great fish, and I'll definitely be back again. A lot of fun and can't recommend highly enough!

We had an excellent mornings fishing the Saturday just gone. Adam, Steve and Matt were great hosts and took us to great spots and everyone on the boat caught fish. Real nice guys who were super helpful and were on the ball when it came to helping the less experienced people on board. Also caught a personal best flathead!

Had an incredible day out fishing with Adam & his crew. We caught a stack of fish and he seemed to know all the best spots. He has obviously been doing this a long time because he really knows his stuff. You can tell how passionate he is about his job, he really wants everyone to have a great day out and that we all get some fish to take home and cook up. They are very ethical and strict about only keeping fish that are of legal size. If you want a great day out on the water, fishing and listening to great beats I can’t recommend this charter enough. I’ll definitely be booking again. I’ve recommended Blue Reef fishing charters to loads of my mates. It’s so good to do something in Sydney that is affordable, such an enjoyable day out, and even better get to take something home to cook up for dinner. (Ask the captain for recommendations about recipes)

I just returned from a great trip out on the water with the team from Blue Reef Fishing Charters. From start to finish it was a brilliant experience. Booking was easy, Adam kept us up to date in the days prior regarding fishing locations, species of fish being caught and anticipated weather conditions. Pick up on the day was very easy and the boys were right on time as they had planned. Plenty of space on the boat and great equipment with loads of bait. After a quick safety briefing we were out of the water and dropping baits to hungry fish just as they said we would be. When the bite slowed down we were quickly on the move again searching for the next good spot on the sounder, they were relentless in their search for the best fishing locations. Flathead, mowing, snapper, maori wrasse and cod caught in plentiful numbers. Any small tangle and the team were onto it straight away re rigging and getting us back in the water ASAP. Wiping down seats, filling up bait buckets and cleaning our catch the team never stopped! I would highly recommend Blue Reef Charters and I will use them again. Thanks again for a great day on the water and we can’t wait to get back.

Total enjoyed the fishing experience today. Matt and Adam are absolutely amazing. Always helping, even when many of our friends don't speak English. We got loads of fish and Matt clean up all of them for us. We were fairly lucky to see around 6 or 7 dophens on the way, plus amazingly a huge whale showing us her entire tail. In the end, this was an all in one tour combining opera house, Harbour bridge, whale watching and fishing. A big big big thumbs up ?for Adam and Matt! Hopefully I will see you guys soon.

My wife and two grandchildren recently went on a fishing expedition in Sydney harbour with Blue Reef Fishing Charters. We were picked up from our local wharf on a beautiful sunny day and travelled down the harbour taking in the sights of the opera house and Harbour Bridge as well as the magnificent house on the Harbour shore. After a while we dropped anchor and before long my grandson had caught his first fish ever, he was absolutely thrilled! When the fish stopped biting we up anchored and move to another location where the fish did not stop biting. We were all pulling up fish left, right and centre. Adam was great with the Grand kids and after learning my wife gets seasick he was very accommodating to make sure she was feeling okay. A fantastic day for all on board. Congratulations to Adam and his crew for a memorable day out.

It may mean an early alarm but it is well worth doing it to see the harbour at first light on a cracking day for fishing. Adam and the crew were fantastic and everyone of the 8 of us caught fish and really enjoyed it as we had the boat to just us and ever helpful crew. All kit is supplied and even though we had some tangles and lost weights, mainly due to the Barracuda's, they were always fast and efficient to get you back to fishing as soon as possible. We'll see you same time next year.

Me and 9 mates went out with blue reef in april, what a great day we had, over 80 fish caught, the biggest being a 105cm kingie Captain Steve and deckie Mario were great blokes The boat was awesome, plenty of room Definintly reccomend the company for your next day on the water, we will be booking again
